All instructors and senior students are accredited with 'Working with Children' accreditation.
Junior Class: Starting age 5 years old depending on their maturity. These classes are based on Kyokushin karate with some fun added in. We encourage all kids to be loud!
The first two classes are free. Come along and participate, to see if it is for you/your child. Wear short/tracksuit pants and t-shirt.
